Leveraging technology and direct involvement with your staff, the Empowered Doctor service makes tracking patient conversions simple. All leads generated by our service are tracked. All calls that come through the tracking phone numbers, provided by us, will be logged and recorded. You will be provided access to our online lead management system, where you can view your call lead details and listen to the call recordings. All leads submitted in the after-hours-form will be faxed directly to your office fax machine for your staff to follow up on. Many of our clients find these tracking tools help them assess their return on their investment; as well as the manner in which the leads are being managed by internal staff.

Getting Setup:

Once a completed agreement has been submitted and approved, your campaign will be assigned to a Client Manager who will manage the setup, monitoring, reporting, and maintenance of your campaign. Their first task will be to familiarize themselves with your practice. They will review any marketing information available (website, brochures, videos, etc.) and will contact you to discuss your practice and find out from you firsthand; what makes your practice different. Your Client Manager will perform internet market research on your specialty and your location and will prepare a recommended plan for the key terms and locations to target. Our recommendations will be submitted to you and you will have the opportunity to discuss them and make desired changes. Once the plan is approved, we will begin the build out of your campaign.

Campaign Build Out:

Our goal is to manage your campaign build out with as little additional work for you as possible. Your Client Manager will work with our team of medical marketing writers to produce mini-websites specifically written to be optimized for the targeted key terms. The mini-website will feature information about your practice, doctors, services, and key differentiating characteristics. We will produce images that will enhance the visual appeal and overall communication of your practice’s key messages. These mini-websites will be hosted on EmpoweredDoctor.com and featured within our network of websites. Once the mini-websites have been written, we will submit them to you for review and approval. We will make any changes you specify for the content. Once the mini-websites are approved we will launch you campaign.

Search Visibility:

The Empowered Doctor service is designed to promote your practice to Page 1 visibility for targeted key term search results. We will promote your practice in the “organic” portion of the search results, which receives significantly higher click through than “sponsored” search results. As with most organic processes, search visibility can take some time to achieve and must be continuously maintained in order to consistently rank well for competitive search terms. Our clients typically begin seeing rankings within 15 to 30 days after the launch of their mini-website.

Monitoring and Maintenance

Once your mini-websites have gone live, your Client Manager will begin to monitor their rankings for the targeted key terms. Over the first three months your Client Manger will be focused on refining your website content and optimization to achieve optimal Page 1 visibility. For the duration of your campaign your Client Manager will keep up-to-date on your ranking and lead flow statistics while continuously working to enhance your rankings and generate higher quality and higher quantity lead flow for your practice.

Reporting and ROI

Throughout your campaign you will have access to your Empowered Lead Reporting System account, which will be provided to you by your Client Manager. In this account you will be able to access the logs and recordings for every call that comes through the provided tracking phone number(s). We will prepare regular quarterly updates informing you of your lead flow and rankings, as well as identify the steps we have taken to maintain and enhance your campaign, and identify our proposed next steps to further expand your results. Your Client Manager is always available to you if you have questions about the status of your campaign.
